I already have looked at it. I understand that he added contexts as some
kind of hint for translator when he translates po file.

I read links you posted and I still don't know how to convert something
like this

More like a context specifier, so translation can be correct in all cases.

Huh? You don't add any context hereabove. (msgid, msgcontext) need be
unique in a po file (msgcontext are considered empty/null if not
specified)

Basically, enable maintainer mode, alter strings in rc files to add
context, make depend, make to generate automagically the new po file.
