Some feedback:
When it comes to help text, error messages etc, it's not advised to copy what Windows has verbatim. An exception would be if there was a program which relied on it, but in this case I don't think it's necessary.
The text should be written in your own words.

Sorry, busy weekend, wasn't able to respond. Some of the other help texts (like echo) appeared to be word for word, so I thought that was the desired format. I'll resubmit the whole thing fixed up. I'll probably leave off most of the options for each of the commands.
