Again an IS Error

Hallo,

has anybody an idea why the Installshield for Altera Quartus III web edition
crashes? The are the last ole messages before the _xread fails:

That looks like RPC stuff, rpcrt4=n would probably help. As to why it
fails, well, I've not looked at the DCOM level stuff yet, not had time.
Would be good to get it working.
