I guess you should send them as plain text attachments, and not base64(?) encoded.
Hi I am using windows with ms outlock express it always encoding file with base64 arcording to mail server protocoll. u can not transfer file if they are not encoder to base64 accroing to the standard.

Use Gmail or another different mail program..

base64 only consists of a-z, 0-9, /, + and =.
