Attached patch seems to fix build problem with recent kernel headers, where v4l1 was removed. I'm sending it here first (instead straight to wine-patches), as I have no real way of testing it - I only know it builds.
As such, I haven't bothered yet with keeping consistant folding style.

PS.: qcap *might* need a similar, though far more complex fix.

while the v4l1 API was removed from the kernel it wasn't removed from the userspace. libv4l1 will translate v4l1 to v4l2.

A more correct fix would be to stop using directly the kernel headers and move to using the libv4l2 library.
