Hi all, just posting this publicly for anyone that wants to either second this idea or shoot it down :-).
Jeremy, one of my biggest (minor) nits about using Bugzilla is the component box. It isn't very user friendly..
What I mean is that a lot of the components are rarely (never?) used while sometimes (often) a bug gets submitted that doesn't belong to any of the components listed, so I mark it wine-misc, etc.. I noticed that there are a few more entries there now such as usp10.dll and richedit, shdocvw, and various directx dll's, but could we possibly put even more in there? That way in a glance someone can tell if the bug is in an area of wine that they know a lot about and might be able to fix it faster..
I do have another nit about the "assign to owner of selected component" button not working, but thats another thread after this first nit is fixed..
We will be upgrading to the latest bugzilla down the road. I don't have an ETA of when it will happen, but rest assured it is in the works.
Otherwise if you want things changed in bugzilla, email bugs-admin@winehq.org. I do not touch bugzilla myself anymore. I leave that to the volunteers at bugs-admin.
