10.0 release notes, please review

Folks,

Here are the draft release notes for Wine 10.0. Please review them and
let me know if anything is incorrect or missing. Thanks to Jacek and
Rémi for their help!  The final 10.0 should be out in a couple of days.

Release notes look fine to me for the macOS side.

Only thing is wines readme files still reference OS X where it should now
be macOS since the minimum was raises to 10.12+

Not sure, maybe "Generic xstate support in thread contexts" and 
"Beginning of shell32 IFileOperation operation implementation" worth 
mentioning?
