fix for bug #24

Hello,

at least the attached patch fixes the problem described in the summary
of bug #24 (in the description there are some other problems described
too. That's why i CC wine-devel to let one of the bugzilla guru's decide
how to proceed with that bug report).
ImageList_Remove when called to remove all images on an empty ImageList
returns TRUE. Checked with the ControlSpy on Windows 98SE (MSDN wasn't
helpfull in this case).

Changelog:

First of all, thank you for fixing this very old bug
(reported in October 2000)!

Taking role of a bugzilla guru :-)
With big pleasure closing the bug report.
If somebody is interested in this application he
should file separate bug reports.

If you want it to be included on both wine and rewind, you'll need to dual 
license it.

No, because wine can include X11 code and sending it to wine-patches I
implicitly given it the LGPL license. The email was send only for the
rewind people.
