[tools] testbot/WineRunTask: Extract the tests to a WineTest.exe subdirectory.

This simplifies shielding all the test executables from anti-virus
tools like Microsoft Defender by excluding the directory WineTest is
in.

Next the VMs will need to be updated to explicitly tell the anti-virus 
to not scan for viruses in the directory tree where we put WineTest.exe.
