autogen configure script

Hi,
A lot of people don't like the fact we diff configure and configure.ac
so here is a autogen.sh ripped from the Samba4 source. Can we get
something like this in cvs?

You don't need to diff configure, only configure.ac.  Alexandre discards 
configure changes and regenerate configure with his version of autoconf, 
so there's no need to send patches changing it.

I suspect that there may be a licensing issue if you add stuff coming 
from Samba (GPL), to Wine (LGPL).

Please keep this kind of abonimation from CVS.

Just do not diff configure, Alexandre regenerates it.
