Found from observations with Spy++ whilst testing log-off behaviour in XP. I don't see any point in using this message type over the documented messages though.
http://wiki.winprog.org/wiki/Windows_messages names 0x003b as WM_CLIENTSHUTDOWN. That page also lists some other not documented messages.
