Interesting Winelib report

Hi Folks,

John Gilmore alerted me to an attempted use of Winelib by the Cairo folks:

I've chatted privately with Behdad, who doesn't have a ton of time,
but would be willing to poke a bit further if he had some help.

I know that from time to time, people like to pick up this sort
of project as a fun one, and I thought I'd see if I could spark someone into
doing so with Cairo.
