winemenubuilder knows what associations it created, and should be able to delete them all. Users may also wish to enable/disable associations at any point, not just when the WINEPREFIX is first being created. Maybe we should have a "Remove all associations" button instead, or some other UI, eg. a combined Gecko/Mono/menus/associations/etc. dialog that sets the desired settings from the start?
