Hi guys,
To clarify: -- channel is #winemeet on freenode.net (I use the asimov.freenode.net server) -- time is 3 EDT (1900 UTC) -- a few of us should log the session (BTW, how do you log a session?)
I am there now, but I will not have too much time to chat until the regular meeting starts.

Well, you could always use mirc via this fine piece of software called Wine, that can do logging :D Last time I checked mIRC worked perfectly too (though i didn't use it for long).
Or you could use a real IRC client, like irssi (/autolog). This does of course assume you are present for the entire meeting. Setting up a bot is probably too much effort though.

Well, I'm using BithcX. In fact, I almost never chat, so I know very little about this entire IRC business :)

I'm the exact opposite, probably explains why you seem so much more productive than me :)
Anyway, I tried BitchX for about 5 minutes, as I thought some of the quit messages were funny. Then I realised irssi was nearly the same, except it made sense and actually does what you want, and started using that instead. Highly recommended, unless you're the type who likes guis.... (so why are you using linux? :)

Proposed Agenda from Dimi is kept at:

Ciao, Marcus
OK, so:
Raw notes: http://theoretic.com/mike/wine-notes Brian will be digesting them into an easier to read and probably knowing him more amusing form for a Wine Weekly News.
Raw log: http://theoretic.com/mike/winemeet.log
Be warned, it lasted over 2 hours and much was discussed. It was pretty organized though I thought, considering over 30 people were in the channel it could have gone badly, but didn't :) So thanks to dimi and everybody there for that.
I'll keep the log up for a few weeks, if people want copies they can just download it, or talk to one of the other guys who were logging (i know shachar was)
