This patch, submitted on Feb 15 was not applied, but
other patch - "Notepad2. Command line processing" was.

These two patches are independent from each other.
If the patch was not understood as duplication and was
not applied for some other reason I'd like to know
why.

I thought that you were going to do that differently following our
discussion about the WINELIB define. You cannot use WINELIB without
defining it somewhere, and you should not use it at all preferably.

I was thinking to fix it later (if I necessary
(probably would never happen ;-)).

I'll resubmit the patch. The purpose of using Winelib
was to print current Wine version. 
Is Ok to remove the WINELIB check and just print
something like "Wine (www.winehq.com)"?
