I prefer to have the text in the colored bar because that way it matches the title at the top (Known bugs in suggestion.png).

+1. It appears that this screen layout is now the default (when I learned to program HTML it was 680x400 or smaller, i.e. webTV.)
I look forward to implementation of the new colors.
