The screen capture was taken from ReactOS running in a VMware virtual machine, using the 3rd party VMware 16 bit per pixel video driver.
It will take me some more time to finish this. Although GDITEST.EXE works, WINHELLO.EXE doesn't yet. There is some cleanup still to be done and I need to do some more testing to make sure I didn't break the existing VGA video drivers (VGAMP.SYS/VGADDI.DLL). However, I think support for at least some 3rd party video drivers is within reach now.
