While running your changed tests on Windows, I think I found new failures.
Being a bot and all I'm not very good at pattern recognition, so I might be

These errors are unrelated to my patch. This VM simply does not have 
Quartz installed (REGDB_E_CLASSNOTREG) as is confirmed by the 'n/a' 
wtb-wnt4wssp6 WineTest results.
