Hi WineDevs,
If make the packages for mandriva on sourceforge. And the text on the download page on the website (winehq, org) for mandriva is getting old. Who can I write a mail to change the text ? I already tried web-admin ad winehq.org some weeks ago but no reaction so far.
greetings
Marco

I think you'll want to make a patch against the website git repository. See http://source.winehq.org/git/website.git/. You can send the patch to wine-patches as usual. The file you probably want to edit is templates/en/download.template. I'm not sure how translation changes get propagated.
Make sure to note in the subject that it is for the [website] project. That will help the maintainer pick it out of the patch stream.

Hi,
There are 3 translation template files for the download page: (From the root directory of your local git repository) ./templates/de/download.template ./templates/pl/download.template ./templates/en/download.template I think You should update all of them (That's what I did for the Slackware package description anyway ;) ). http://wiki.winehq.org/GitWine details how to create a local clone of the git repository and how to generate and format the patch.

It would be much nicer if the website knew when a translation became out of date. As it is sometimes the translations get much older than the English version and become less useful than an untranslated document.
Thanks, Scott Ritchie
