PPDEV: Allow to switch direction of the printer port - wine-devel

Changelog:
    dlls/winedos/ppdev.c:IO_pp_outp
    Allow to switch direction of the printer port
This lets mitoujtag.exe access the Jtag chain  via the parallel port and a
Xilinx parallel cable.
