[PATCH 3/3] [v2] gdi32: Fix text metrics in synthetic bold bitmap fonts.

In v2, fix tmOverhang calculation (just increments it).
font_desc.matrix.eM11 is always 1.0 for bitmap fonts (freetype.c:5701).
Therefore, the previous code doesn't make sense.
