[PATCH 5/5] wined3d: Get rid of the redundant WINED3D_TEXTURE_CREATE_MAPPABLE flag in surface_convert_format().
We already set WINED3D_RESOURCE_ACCESS_MAP_R | WINED3D_RESOURCE_ACCESS_MAP_W.
