This patch looks like a bunch of hacks. Heimdal aims to be compatible with MIT Kerberos5 API, so even if it's a little bit behind it's not acceptable to compeletely disable large chunks of code or make it impossible to install and use MIT krb5 package. Also I'd suggest if some API is not available in Heimdal that MIT krb5 implements add small wrapper with a FIXME().
