This is to get rid of the remaining timeouts on testbot. We now have a clean test run:

On platforms where we need to create a restore point the install tests still take over two minutes, so depending on the load on testbot we might still see some timeouts.

Maybe it's a good idea to not use the restore facility on most (all?) of the testbot servers?

Perhaps, but it would be better if we didn't have to tweak our test platforms in order to run the tests reliably. Lets first wait and see how this works out.
