Good catch Ge, this was really annoying, and maybe the most
upsetting visual glitch. We still have a refresh/invalidate
off-by-one bug somewhere, the dialogs leave a black margin
(to the right and at the bottom). Did you see that?

Yes, it's pretty hard to miss.... However, since we don't have this
problem in ReactOS I'd like to leave this one for you guys.
