[QUARTZ] Fixes to regsvr.c (RESEND)

Hi,

the Media Types (and Media Type Extensions) use "Source Filter" instead of "File Source" in the registry. 
There were also some small typos. I will continue with changes to regsvr.c. My first goal is to have the native 
quartz running with the builtin registration !

Changelog:
- Media Types (and Extensions) should use "Source Filter" instead of "File Source"
- Removed filesource_valuename
- Fixed typo for some class-names
- Fixed typo in MPEG1System Media Type
