[PATCH 0/1] MR5447: Add U+FF0B U+25BC U+2715, fix visual issue in Notepad++

Addresses this issue: https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=53985#add_comment This is done by adding three characters into Tahoma that are missing. I achieved this by replacing the characters with similar shape from within the same font (e.g. + for U+FF0B) or by getting the font from a font that had an open source license (liberation2) in the case of U+25BC.
