Could you use `sizeof(subobject_bit)` instead of 64? This makes it easier to understand the reason for that constant.

DECLSPEC_ALIGN broke the tests because the size was unaffected, e.g. `sizeof(union d3d12_blend_subobject)` was 396 instead of its aligned size of 400.
And where does this cause a problem? I'd expect the struct layout to remain the same, due to the alignment of the following member begin a multiple of 8.

At least for the shaders our compiler supports it would be nice to avoid hardcoding the DXBC code, which is less comfortable to check and edit. See for instance 9de793f180a5f890d1e484ffba35bbda946e6db0.
