You could do worse than walk around a lake or two, or walk to Minnehaha Falls.

Last time I was there, I saw a rather amazing production of the
HMS Pinafore at http://www.guthrietheater.org.  (They're on
to other things now, haven't heard whether they're as good.)

Or you can always fix my in-law's computers.  I generally do
that once or twice per trip :-)
