Rather, it should _post_ an 0x4d message to itself with wParam=0 and lParam=0. Until then running wine like this: wine --dll cabinet=n foo.exe may work better (obviously you'll need a native cabinet.dll from somewhere). The other problem is a dupe of 1456, I'll mark this bug as such.
