This address gets calculated by a "movslq %r9d,%r9", with $r9d = 0xfe20cc80. Following this further shows a $rbp + 0x30 = 0x7ffffe20cc80, which originates from $rsp. So it looks like a pointer truncation caused by having the stack at an address exceeding the 32-bit address space. This remembered me of some debugging for another Delphi application in bug #55833. By commenting out the "free_reserved_memory( 0, (char *)0x7ffe0000 );" I got the userinterface showing up of Tagscanner. Wine executes this free_reserved_memory because HIGH_ENTROPY_VA and DYNAMIC_BASE are set. Unfortunately I could not find something obvious how Wine could detect this and avoid this call.
