If your application uses the DrawDibBegin function, set this value in DrawDibBegin rather than in DrawDibDraw." So i would guess you would only see a slightly change in colours if this would be implemented. It basically makes the ability to select and drag files unusable. On (at least), these last two releases, I select multiple-files in an application "explorer-like" menu, and the moment I try to drag, the multi-select turns into a one-file select. Furthermore, the app enters into a state where it thinks I am holding the mouse down dragging the one file around. Minimizing and maximizng the app doesn't work either; in previous versions, when I couldn't drag a file from one window to the other, I'd minimize/ maximize the app (which would "reset" things), and I could drag files once again. In my case, I am using AbsoluteFTP; as you guessed, its an FTP app. If you can imagine, within it, there are two windows that look like the file Explorer on Windows. On the left, is the local machine and the right is the box you've FTPed into. On wine-20041201, I can hold down shift and select >2 files on the remote box. Then using my mouse, drag them to my localbox. So, there are no problems here. Also, on my CodeWright application, I can no longer highlight text by dragging the mouse across code. Any ideas? I'm sure it will ring a bell for someone who may have been working towards improving the mouse dragging capabilities. Thanks! Same error as wine before installing a printer. After a printer installed in 95 no errors. On my wine install I have cups working and my other apps under wine show the two printers that are local under wine. The error is that quick reports is not finding a printer under wine even with some available. I tried running winecfg, and it complained about missing dlls. Then I removed my .wine directory again, did a unsetenv WINEDLLOVERRIDES and ran winecfg. Now I was able to install MFOG. It runs, but the stones don't display properly---there is a black square around every stone. My guess is that the black is really supposed to be transparent pixels and that the transparency isn't being handled properly. Sound works! I can play it! Is there something I can do to fix the transparency issue? Should I file a separate issue, or leave it in this one? Check if you have the following link ~/.wine/dosdevices/c: which should point to ~/.wine/drive_c. I can kind of reproduce one error you have: when i select artsd instead of OSS (i use kde) , and i minimize the window the music stops for about half a second.Futhermore music plays way too slow. Using Alsa also seems to have some issues on my box, but that could maybe be related to my setup. Could you check what audio driver you use, and if not using OSS, could you try to switch to OSS (using winecfg), and see if the problem remains? While the music will continue to play well after this happens, no more meaningful interaction with foobar2000 is possible. At this point, clicking the close 'X' button results in being told that the program is not responding and being given the option of force-quitting the program. --- Probably not related to the problem, but including for completeness: When foobar2000 is started, foobar2000's console box mentions that it was unable to load a few DLLs. Playback of the tutorial song that comes with Reason works fine. The UI feels sluggish and after a few seconds of chopping sound it stops and it tells me "Computer too slow to play song" - but looking at the interface and considering that my box isn't that fast I guess this is not a Wine bug (except some missed optimizations here and there). Reading through the changes I thought I'd give it a try (as I didnt use any options in the configfile anyway...). After backin up the config file and updating to 20050628 the game does not find the cdrom anymore ... I tried moving ~/.wine to ~/wineold and start with a fresh install, using winecfg to configure the devices (C: hd, d: cdrom). No luck. Installation works fine, but the game still cant find the cdrom.
