Upon trying to launch it, it will display the startup banner, then instantly exit. I've used the following methods to try load the program: Launcher (on Desktop) - env WINEPREFIX="/home/paulw/.wine" wine "C:\Program Files\Macromedia\Flash 8\Flash.exe" Run Application - env WINEPREFIX="/home/paulw/.wine" wine "C:\Program Files\Macromedia\Flash 8\Flash.exe" and wine "C:\Program Files\Macromedia\Flash 8\Flash.exe" and wine ~/.wine/drive_c/Program\ Files/Macromedia/Flash\ 8/Flash.exe Aswell as in a terminal by cd'ing to the folder and then launching flash cd ~/.wine/drive_c/Program\ Files/Macromedia/Flash\ 8/ wine Flash.exe When running in a Terminal, I get the error attached. I have tried wiping my Wine installation and re-installing from scratch, including fresh installs of Flash 8. I also installed Flash 8 through Wine itself. As a side note.
