I'm very much looking forward to any supportive debugging hint and I'd like to give additional information. After configuring Wine and installing the .NET Framework as per AppDb instructions, I attempted to execute Reflector, a .NET class browser under Wine. After a failed attempt to launch the .NET CLR optimization service, the application throws a managed CLR exception, followed then by a native page fault.
