If you want to reproduce this, you can get it here: http://www.tvsian.info/netbattle/download.htm When trying to do that, installation works fine. The initial configuration works fine as well (but only if I choose US English). Even starting works! But when I click Team Builder and Load a team, NB freezes. As you need to load a team for using NB, this makes NB pretty useless.
