Try switching the override from (native,builtin) to just (native) and see what happens. If it still doesn't work, then try moving the gdiplus.dll to the same directory as qw.exe, so that it will be loaded earlier. The only two How To topics in Acrobat Reader 6.01 are "Read eBooks" and "General topics". When you try and read one of those topics, however, the new window that pops up is empty.
