I don't know what the GIT is but I did download win98 version of schannel.dll and replaced the installed schannel.dll in system32 with it. That did not work. Perhaps the message was for someone who knows a little more about wine? When I do, it puts up a window with a page outline with corner marks, and says "doc: 1 characters" on the status bar, but then sits, using 100% cpu. Is that what happens for you?
