No error message appears if the game is run from a terminal; it simply freezes, and must be killed. I was able to get the patch program working. On a fresh .wine dir all i had to install was directx and gecko. I did this using winetricks. I also had to download winhttp.dll and put it in the windows/system32 folder and add it as a native library. I also had to run it all in a virtual desktop of 1024x768. Once in the game and you chose one of the servers, it brings up the Characters. They are the only thing not to draw. As far as i can tell, everything else looks to render corectly. Even the weapons in the "hands" of the characters are there. There cloths sit on the floor though. kind of weird. I can't post it since it's closed beta and i know that might make this harder. Latest attachment are all the errors i get when the game starts.
