This one adds a basic DirectPlay8ThreadPool object implementation. Now the games crash when attempting to create a DirectPlay8Peer object. For some odd reason it was called "unfixable" and labeled as WONTFIX. I am fairly certain (though I have not confirmed this yet) that this does in fact work in CrossOver games.
