As this bug doesn't appear reliable, it appears to be some sort of race condition. A lot of these messages appear reliably, though: fixme:ntdll:NtLockFile I/O completion on lock not implemented yet Possibly, Catia uses NtLockFile()'s 4th argument to ensure file read synchonisation.
