I have just deleted and regenerated include/config.h and when I searched for HAVE_SCHED_SETAFFINITY could not find it at all. there is "#define HAVE_SCHED_H 1". I searched /usr/include/sched.h and found definitions for sched_setaffinity() and sched_getaffinity().
