The first and second menu works fine, but when you trie to go to battle, or another menu for 3st time the game stops working, it shows no errors. It uses the secondary buffer, and, while creating it, by default (i.e., without the special resampling plugin that is disabled by default) passes WAVEFORMATEX that matches the characteristics of the media file. It's very unlikely that the same person will choose between that and implementing WPF for Mono. In fact, it's unlikely that any Wine developer will want to work on WPF. The actual work will be almost entirely in C# to be contributed to the Mono project. So I don't think this bug will distract anyone from work on native .NET 3.5.
