[Bug 25855] New: Mouse recentres several times a second for Mystery of the Mummy
by wine-bugs＠winehq.org Jan. 30, 2011

Jan. 30, 2011

http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=25855 Summary: Mouse recentres several times a second for Mystery of the Mummy Product: Wine Version: 1.3.10 Platform: x86-64 OS/Version: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: P2 Component: winex11.drv AssignedTo: wine-bugs(a)winehq.org ReportedBy: jin(a)mediatomb.cc I'm experiencing a bug that is marked as fixed: http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=9549 This is the original comment and it is 100% valid for me, so I do not really have anything to add: "Game install smoothly and starts as expected. However, at the main menu, the mouse displays unusual behaviour. The icon clearly reacts to mouse movement, but it is re-centered several times a second and appears to move in the opposite direction to the mouse's movement. Buttons still work correctly (can exit if you can move the icon far enough to the 'exit' button and click it before it's re-centered) - it seems only the motion is affected." The problem is present in Version 1.3.10, I also checked out git HEAD and compiled the recent sources - same there. I tried the patch that is references in the old issue, (I just commented out the lines that are removed in the patch, because the patch itself did not apply anymore): http://www.winehq.org/pipermail/wine-patches/2007-September/043550.html Unfortunately this did not help... -- Configure bugmail: http://bugs.winehq.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are watching all bug changes.
