Prepending GC_DONT_GC=1 to the command line makes LeagueofLegends.exe run for me (although as Anastasius has noticed with huge delay in displaying the license text). Difference in section mapping of swt-win32-3349.dll between Windows and Wine seems to be unrelated, but still might be interesting to investigate. Marking as a duplicate, my patch just changed something that provoked an old problem.
