[Bug 25492] Office Pro 2010 Trial: Word, Excel, and Powerpoint cannot open or save files

(The saved file is fine; Excel 2007 had no problem opening it.) When trying to open an xls file other than one that has been saved in the same session, Excel says it is "Opening in protected view" and then "Processing," at which point the window titlebar flashes for attention. No external dlls files required (except for msvbvm60.dll). CUPS-PDF "prints" the file as expected. PDF attached. I also repacked the original author's project because he forgot the .frm file. [Bug 27621] SDP Downloader: "TTCP: socket connect failed: 10061" error

It does not analyze the URL to check the protocol, it simply uses the configuration port. After switching to HTTP as shown in the attachment the program worked flawlessly.
