[Bug 22489] Missing d3d11 prevents some games from running

Given that the games manufacturers have started bringing out games with no support for XP (ie dx9), my guess is that this will become a more and more common situation. Does wine provide support for dx10? I read somewhere that it doesn't, but that seems odd because the latest version provides d3d10.dll/d3d10.dll.so files.
