This patch is based on initial work from Jeff Miller This change adds a fallback path where an attempt is done to open a file using the native file association databases before giving up. I suppose, that SetThreadContext will fails too. Wine was at v1.4x, then I manually upgraded to 1.5.2, to no avail. I was hoping the latest update to 1.5.5 might have fixed it, to no avail.
