So after running the game with +relay I added few things to exceptions that slowed the launch. After i got the game somewhat playable (ie manage to move mouse and click on things) i then caused the ccpbrowser crash and closed the game directly after. Then I looked for the exception and split the file with few hundreds of calls before the exception. This resulted in a ~8MiB file. Since you can only upload small files here I then did manually cut few lines before the crash that I thought was not needed. (may be wrong here) So issue may be that important information is excluded by the exclude.
