After login, the authentication scheme told me to create a second (4-digit) password. I created a new character and joined some server. --- quote --- It IS still a problem. Even on 1.7.19. I'm in Ubuntu 14.04. Game hangs after entering login details and clicking 'login'. I installed Firefox in the wine prefix and logged into the website. --- quote --- It doesn't hang. Just look at the messages. [Bug 36826] Wine and WindowMaker don't work well together

Half-Life has the same moving window issue but happens after going to the menu and back to the game. I keep doing it over and over in the video to show how it can get very annoying over time. I also show how Wine and WM interact when I check off Wine to use the window manager. As you can see, it is an awful experience (no alt tab, windows always on top, etc). I do not believe this to be a bug with WindowMaker as literally no other program suffers from this. Only applications running through Wine have this issue.
