We have a huge set of build servers, and could offer builds for Ubuntu, Debian, Fedora, Archlinux, Mageia, OpenSUSE, and various additional distributions without any additional effort on our side. Build scripts and tools could also be located in a winehq repo so that everyone else can participate with patches and improvements to the packaging files. Similar to Henris offer to let Codeweavers do the builds, it of course depends on what people want.
